$110,000-120,000/year base + 10% target bonus

Must-Have Skills:
Technical sales or consulting experience within industrial manufacturing environments Experience selling solutions into Pharma, Food & Beverage, Medical Device, Industrial, or Data Center markets Strong understanding of energy management, sustainability, or decarbonization initiatives Experience preparing proposals, tenders, and client presentations Strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and technical teams
Job Summary:
Seeking a Technical Sales & Solution Consultant to support business growth and client development within industrial manufacturing markets. This role will focus on solution-selling, business development, and client engagement related to energy efficiency, sustainability, and decarbonization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to deliver customized client solutions.
Job Duties:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing industrial clients Drive business development activities, proposals, tenders, and solution-based sales efforts Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver customized energy and sustainability solutions Present proposals and technical solutions to executive leadership and decision-makers Support long-term account growth and strategic client partnerships Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Assist with pricing strategies, risk assessments, and commercial proposal development Support marketing initiatives and technical content creation Ensure successful project handoff and ongoing client satisfaction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field required 5+ years of technical sales, consulting, or business development experience within industrial sectors Experience supporting large-scale industrial manufacturing projects preferred Strong understanding of sustainability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization solutions Experience creating proposals, tenders, and executive-level presentations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills Ability to travel nationwide as needed for client meetings and business development activities MBA or advanced technical/business certifications are a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
