You will work onsite on 1st shift, collaborating with the team and other departments to meet production schedules and FAA-compliant maintenance standards. Your work directly supports product quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform disassembly, assembly, rework, and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment Use manual and automated test equipment to test digital and analog circuitry Read schematics and verify circuit function; operate environmental test chambers as required Complete and record work according to instructions, specifications, and maintenance records Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation; participate in 6S and efficiency projects Follow written and verbal instructions and complete required training to maintain skills Support overtime, variable schedules, nights/weekends, and assist other departments as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent 0-2 years prior work experience in an electronics manufacturing/testing environment Soldering experience Ability to utilize manual and automated test equipment and read schematics Strong verbal and written technical communication skills Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and perform fine hand manipulations Must be able to be coached, open to cross-training, and maintain regular attendance Must pass FAA drug screening (safety-sensitive role; subject to random drug testing) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Experience with MS Office and general computer literacy Pay Range $15.00
