Test Technician

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an experienced Test Technician to support high-pressure component testing within a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role will be responsible for setting up and performing high-pressure pneumatic and hydrostatic tests on various components and systems, including proof, leak (internal and external), and opening margin testing. You will work with gases such as GN2, GHE, and LN2 while independently troubleshooting test failures, diagnosing issues, and ensuring accurate results. The position also involves reading and interpreting P&IDs, building or modifying test setups as needed, and utilizing testing instrumentation and data acquisition systems—all while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and pressure system standards.
