The Test Technician supports failure analysis, troubleshooting, and repair of PCBAs. This role focuses on identifying defects at the component level and ensuring high-quality rework and testing. Responsibilities Perform failure analysis on PCBAs from ICT and functional testing Troubleshoot and identify root cause to the component level (not a board-swap role) Provide rework instructions and support to technicians Document failure details and corrective actions in database Inspect reworked boards to ensure compliance with

standards Communicate defect trends to Engineering teams Support PCBA and system-level testing as needed Qualifications AA or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of hands-on PCBA debug and test experience Strong component-level troubleshooting skills Experience with analog/digital circuits and standard lab equipment (DMM, oscilloscope) Familiarity with high-speed, data center, or industrial electronics preferred Experience with test software or scripting (Python, LabVIEW, etc.) is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills Ability to read schematics and technical documents Effective communication and teamwork Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks Contract to Hire $22-40 DOE
