Test Technician (Multiple Shifts Available)

1st Shift & 2nd Shift Position Overview We are hiring multiple Test Technicians for a high-priority project supporting a global technology leader. We have several openings available across varying experience and seniority levels, ranging from entry-level technicians to more experienced technical professionals. In these roles, you will support testing operations by executing test plans, setting up specialized equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high standards of product quality. Opportunities are available across both day and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities Testing & Execution:

Execute detailed test plans and provide real-time feedback on outcomes or technical issues.

Equipment Management:

Assist with the setup of specialized test equipment; perform routine calibration, maintenance, and basic repairs as needed.

Troubleshooting:

Debug and troubleshoot routine testing failures. Conduct basic analysis to identify where issues occurred and escalate complex problems to team leads.

Documentation:

Follow established procedures to document results for various technology builds accurately.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members and leads to communicate project status, meet deadlines, and navigate technical obstacles.

Qualifications & Work Authorization Work Authorization:

Experience:

1+ years of experience in Semiconductor , RF Testing , or a related technical field.

Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with hardware debugging and setting up test equipment.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
