Job Description

Job Summary The MEMS Test Floor Manager will be responsible for all MEMS wafer production test, personnel, facilities, hardware, and production output.
Responsibilities:
Manage relationship with Facilities and Hardware vendors. Insure response to standard and unplanned maintenance, upgrades to facilities and installation of new Probe hardware Manage Test floor team consisting of 5-10 Technicians, Engineers, and Contractors Manage inventory of Test Hardware, components, spares, consumables, and production inventory. Coordinate with Engineering team for testing of new products, experimental runs, implementation and ramp of new products, and disposition of production material. Work with Planning team to make sure Test Floor output meets revenue requirements Defining, Implementing, and updating SOP s and best practices for Test Operations and Logistics Ensure Test Floor meets all Quality standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 10 years experience in Wafer Test, with a minimum 5 years as a manager with multiple direct reports Certification in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field desired. Experience in probe card, Tester, and Prober electronics operation and maintenance Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and computer tasks required. Ability to read electrical schematics; experience debugging electronic hardware is a plus Computer programming skills are a plus. Unrestricted right to work in the
