May 15, 2026 : Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional to perform functional and environmental testing of electronic assemblies and finished products. This role involves operating various test equipment, executing test procedures, and supporting engineering teams in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities Perform functional and environmental testing of electronic assemblies and finished products. Operate oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other test equipment. Execute test procedures and record results accurately in logs or databases. Diagnose and troubleshoot failures to the component level using schematics and diagnostic tools. Support engineering in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Assist in the setup and maintenance of test stations, fixtures, and equipment. Ensure adherence to all safety and quality procedures. Communicate test results and issues clearly with supervisors, engineers, and team members. Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize testing efficiency and reliability. Qualifications Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent technical training preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an electronic testing or manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of electronic components, circuits, and testing principles. Proficiency with test instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and digital multimeters. Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and test specifications. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
