76620 Description Skyworks is looking for a Reliability Engineering Technician to perform HBM (human body machine) and CDM (charged device model) testing, Latch-up, Surge testing, and ATE (automated test equipment) testing as a part of the qualification process. Responsible for making sure devices are stressed in the correct and accurate manner to internal and industry standards. The Technician will have the opportunity to suggest improvements to the processes and infrastructure pertaining to their work.Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities:
Perform HBM and CDM testing on components. Perform RF ATE testing on loose parts using handlers is desired. Perform data analysis after ATE and determine pass/fail. Perform Latch-up testing on components. Update the database with the current status. Perform Surge testing on components.Secondary Responsibilities:
Supports engineering activities such as test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment. Applications may include analog, digital and/or video circuits, and logic systems. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment. Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions. Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Uses manufacturing, test, development or diagnostic equipment, including, but not limited to, test programs oscilloscopes, signal generators and specialized test apparatus. Required Experience and Skills Associates degree in electronics or comparable field (or equivalent experience) with 2 years of expereince. Knowledge and understanding of HBM and CDM testing on components. Ability to perform data analysis after ATE and determine pass/fail. Excellent written communication skills and organizational skills are essential. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Posess a high quality mindset with strong attention to detail. Experience with Microsoft Office (excel, word, etc.). Desired Experience and Skills Perform RF ATE (automatic test electrical) testing on loose parts using handlers. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $23.89 - $41.63 per hour. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
