Overview This role involves performing high-volume, repetitive testing of commercial and military precision hydraulic and pneumatic systems, primarily in fluid power. The technician will conduct high-pressure testing, troubleshoot, and ensure quality standards are maintained, often working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Perform high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic testing on commercial and military systems Lifting up to 35 lbs as required Record time, motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish standard production rates Report to the supervisor or department head, with potential to lead and direct others Utilize TWB for weekly time reporting and coordinate registration in Fieldglass system Work self-motivated with minimal supervision, taking initiative to complete tasks proactively Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance related to fluid power testing Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 4-6 years of experience in hydraulic or pneumatic testing Familiarity with testing concepts, practices, and procedures in the field Ability to make timely decisions in complex situations Strong record-keeping and record analysis skills Self-motivated with initiative, able to work independently #IND123 We thank all applicants for their interest.
