This role will provide technical support to engineering teams through hardware and software testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and stress testing of complex electronic systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, Git, hardware/electronics testing, circuit troubleshooting, and engineering documentation . Candidates with aerospace, defense, avionics, or electronic systems testing backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced technical assignments supporting engineering test and evaluation activities. Conduct stress testing and validation of electronic systems and equipment. Execute and document hardware and software test procedures. Gather, compile, analyze, and maintain technical data, test results, and engineering changes. Troubleshoot electronic assemblies, circuit cards, sensors, actuators, and related systems. Interpret test data and make quantitative assessments regarding system performance and reliability. Perform detailed calculations and preliminary engineering analysis using established procedures. Generate technical reports, test documentation, schematics, flowcharts, block diagrams, and engineering records. Utilize computer-based tools and software applications to analyze test data and produce reports. Collaborate with engineers to support product development, system modifications, and performance improvements. Research technical issues and provide recommendations based on findings. Assist in determining testing methods, procedures, and operational sequences. Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 9+ years of experience OR Master's Degree and 7+ years of experience in a technical, engineering, or related field. Experience with C# programming . Experience using Git version control . Strong background in hardware, electronics, or electromechanical testing. Experience conducting and documenting test procedures. Ability to analyze technical data and troubleshoot complex systems. Strong technical documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with eCASS testing systems . Experience performing SSR or system stress testing . Aerospace, defense, avionics, or military electronics experience. Knowledge of electrical standards and engineering test methodologies. Familiarity with Power BI and data visualization tools. Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience. Experience working with instrumentation systems and laboratory test equipment.
