Test Technicians We are hiring Test Technicians for our client in the Andover, MA, areas. These individuals will assist engineers with building, installing, and testing high-tech systems. The Test Technician plays a key role in ensuring systems meet performance and quality standards before shipment. Key Responsibilities Configure, calibrate, and test complex detection systems to meet product specifications Perform final acceptance testing on complete systems prior to shipment Use diagnostic tools and software to collect and analyze performance data Troubleshoot and repair non-conforming units and system defects Work from technical manuals, schematics, and engineering procedures Document and record all test results and quality data Collaborate with Engineering to resolve technical and quality issues Assist in improving test methods, procedures, and manufacturing processes Perform electromechanical assembly when needed Meet daily production and testing targets Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to configure, test, calibrate, and repair complex instruments Experience using test equipment such as: Oscilloscopes Digital multimeters Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to interpret technical data and apply results to real-world problems Experience working with manufacturing processes and test procedures Associate's degree or equivalent technical training preferred 5+ years of testing or instrumentation experience Pay $28
