You will be the Test Technician for the Testing team. Our team is responsible for setting up and executing electronic assembly tests to ensure product performance and quality. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Technician you will be responsible for configuring test apparatus, performing electrical and RF measurements, and analyzing results to validate product specifications. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences. Adjusts and calibrates systems as required; modifies electronic equipment by adding, removing, or altering components as defined by predetermined diagrams. Identifies malfunctions by making adjustments or troubleshooting circuit cards. Uses hand and small power tools, and various measuring and testing devices in performing job duties. Performs tests and suggests modifications to testing equipment, and analyzes test results to evaluate performance of products and equipment. Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment. Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards. Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures. Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies. Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement. - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:
Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. An Interim Secret clearance is required prior to start.Desired Skills:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $43,100 - $76,130. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.Pay Rate:
