In this position, you will be responsible for inspecting optical filters using a microscope, ensuring high-quality standards, and supporting high-volume manufacturing processes with precision and attention to detail.\ You will work in a cleanroom setting, using microscopes and cleaning solutions to inspect delicate optical components. Your tasks will include operating shaping and inspection equipment, documenting work according to instructions, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.\

Required Skills, Education and Experience:

• Previous experience working in a leadership position such as a group lead or supervisor\
• Demonstrated experience with microscope inspection and working with small, delicate materials (electronics, wafers, or optical products preferred)\
• Strong communication and documentation skills\
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing appropriate attire (smock, hair net, gloves)\
• High attention to detail and ability to follow written work instructions\
• Basic computer skills for documentation and work instructions\
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (typically around 10 lbs)\
• Previous experience working with semiconductor components or wafer fabrication is desired.\
