Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and setup of lab test fixtures and basic test equipment. Perform routine testing and precise measurements of automotive components. Configure and connect instrumentation to collect test data accurately. Support test procedure execution, including preparation and documentation. Follow established protocols while conducting tests safely and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free lab and test area.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of mechanical or testing experience. Strong hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude. Willingness to learn and take direction. Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree or trade school certification preferred.

Preferred Experience:
