• Perform mechanical testing including pull testing, flex testing, torque testing, and extension/retraction testing
• Conduct electrical testing involving high voltage and current, as well as simulated-use testing
• Execute R D tests such as tensile testing, fatigue testing, electrical testing, and X-ray analysis
• Set up and operate semi-automated test equipment with meticulous attention to detail
• Accurately record, analyze, and document test data inpliance with established protocols
• Troubleshoot test equipment as needed (electrical/mechanical troubleshooting is minimal but may occur)
• Perform repetitive testing tasks for short periods while maintaining accuracy and consistency
• Adapt to a variety of testing methods based on project requirements and skill level Candidates for R D Technician II must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Experience with test equipment such as tensile testing systems, microscopes, and electrical measurement tools is preferred
• Candidates with experience operatingplex or technical equipment in other industries are encouraged to ; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and protocols
• Ability to work independently and interpret technical instructions
• Basic to intermediate PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and file sharing/saving systems
• Stronganizational skills and adaptability to varied testing assignments What's in this R D Technician II position for you?

Pay Details:
