Job Description

Quality Test Technician Make a Real Impact in the Medical Industry Every day, healthcare professionals rely on medical diagnostic equipment to deliver accurate test results that help diagnose disease, guide treatment decisions, and save lives. As a Quality Test Technician , you play a critical role in that mission—serving as a final quality checkpoint to ensure medical testing equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for use by customers around the world. This is a hands-on role for individuals who are passionate about quality, precision, and making a difference through meaningful work. Why This Role Matters Your work directly impacts patient care. The equipment you test and approve will be used in hospitals and laboratories globally, where consistent performance and reliability are essential. By ensuring each product meets stringent quality and regulatory standards before shipment, you help protect patient outcomes and build trust with customers. What You'll Do Test, inspect, and verify medical testing equipment prior to shipment to ensure proper operation Perform electrical testing, calibration, and inspections using meters, wiring tools, and electronic test instruments Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues to meet quality and safety standards Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, and other assembly tools to complete repairs and adjustments Interpret schematics, diagrams, and written work instructions to support testing and troubleshooting Accurately document all work using Good Documentation Practices (GDP), including updating Device History Records (DHR) Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established quality assurance and quality control procedures Perform visual and functional inspections to confirm products meet performance specifications Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to share feedback and improve processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment Use basic computer applications such as Excel and Word to enter data, complete forms, and access instructions Work on your feet for most of the shift, including standing, bending, reaching, and walking as required Who We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and motivated by the importance of delivering high-quality products. Required Qualifications Associate's degree or technical degree (AA or equivalent) 1-2 years of electrical testing and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to follow GDP-documented procedures and maintain accurate records Working knowledge of GMP and Device History Records (DHR) Proficiency using hand tools and electronic test equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics, SOPs, and technical instructions Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Quality assurance, quality control, or inspection experience Background in electro-mechanical assembly or engineering support Strong troubleshooting mindset with attention to detail Team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn and adapt Schedule & Shift Details Monday -

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.73 - $24.73/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
