Position Summary:
Employee will conduct CCA board repair and inspection for programs using calibrated equipment like soldering stations and multimeters. They will also conduct component replacement, and testing of circuits. There will be light mechanical assembly Skills required: Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with a High School degree. Previous experience using the following testing equipment: Multimeters, Soldering guns, Heat guns, Etc.. J-Standard Solder certified Possess electrical component understanding; such as, the ability to read drawings and schematics. Previous experience gathering, maintaining and compiling technical data. Able to read engineering documentation and reports. Must be a
US Citizen Preferred Skills:
Knowledge or experience with explosives or energetic assembly and test. Capable to safely operate equipment that is designed or modified for the build and test munitions. Assembly, disassembly, processing, repairing and testing of small arms, artillery and other mechanical or electrical ordnance assemblies is a plus.
Primary Level Salary Range:
$53,500.00 - $89,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
