Test and Evaluation Lab Technician Location:
Berkeley, MO Salary Range:
$30 Hr. to $32 On W2 Introduction We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Test & Evaluation Lab Technician. This role supports activities to plan, conduct, and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will work under general supervision and have a strong background in electrical/electronic equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience with fabrication and/or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems utilizing production industry standards Minimum of 3 years working in an Engineering Lab Environment or comparable Military experience Minimum of 3 years experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years experience working with Flight Simulation equipment Minimum of 3 years experience maintaining computer hardware Experience with Mil-Spec connector termination Experience with Mil-Spec Fiber Optic termination and splicing An Active US Secret Clearance Day-to-Day Responsibilities Installing and maintaining Flight Simulation equipment consisting of computers, monitors, audio systems, visual systems, crew stations, and rack equipment Troubleshoot and resolve electronic hardware issues with minimum downtime Plans, conducts, and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes and technologies Designs, fabricates, builds, and analyzes test systems, materials, components, software, and methodologies Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods, and capabilities Conducts system test preparations by coordinating system integration, fabrication, modification, setup, checkout, and tear-down Troubleshoots and resolves laboratory and test-related problems Coordinates test laboratory activities and maintenance and repairs Coaches and trains others Company Benefits & Culture [Insert Company Benefits] [Insert Company Culture Details] [Insert Additional Benefits or Cultural Aspects] For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex or you can email me your resume on md.ruman@artech.com.
