AssociateResponsibilitiesThe Calibration Engineer is responsible for calibrating customer metrology equipment, testing customer finished products in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines, as well as assisting in the assembly, calibration, repair, and installation of equipment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform inhouse calibrations on customer metrology equipment to manufacturer specifications. Perform non-destructive environmental testing on customer finished products to ensure they meet requirements set by applicable regulatory bodies. Perform onsite calibrations and repair of test equipment Assembling test fixtures Interact with customers for remote tech support via telephone and/or email Assembly and installation of custom test equipment Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all work functions Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure compliance with safety standards The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoesmanual lifting up to 50lbsSkillsassemblycalibration engineer (2 years of experience is required)calibration (2 years of experience is required)service technician (2 years of experience is required)service techrepair (2 years of experience is required)installationmultimeter (2 years of experience is required)power toolsMaintenance (2 years of experience is required)QualificationsYears of experience: 3 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
