We're actively hiring for a full-time Electro-Mechanical Assembler, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1-2 weeks. If you enjoy hands-on work, building precision assemblies, and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working on innovative manufacturing projects. What You'll Do Perform a variety of testing functions on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and mechanical assemblies Execute functional, flying probe, in-circuit (ICT), component programming, J-Tag, HiPot, sub-assembly, and final system-level testing Follow established test procedures and work instructions Troubleshoot PCBs down to the component level Complete required documentation, including data collection and test records Identify failure trends and support root cause analysis What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience as a Test Technician or in a similar role Experience using test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, analyzers, and frequency counters Familiarity with ICT and flying probe test equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams Strong computer skills and basic math abilities Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to read and write in English High school diploma or GED (technical training or electronics certification preferred) Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM We offer flexible scheduling options -we're happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.
