Description:
Performs electrical test required by customers, ANSI Standards and C57. Inspect products at various stages of production to process to ensure compliance of internal Quality Standards. This position is responsible for monitoring quality performance of operators and materials used in the production process.
This includes:
Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas to determine quality and reliability standards. Has the authority to require, rework or corrective action as he perceives it. Perform routine electrical tests Records test data. Evaluates data to validate compliance or indicate deviations from existing standards. Enters data into computer for analysis. Prepares graphs or charts of data as required Preferred Experience (will also train)
  • Some Experience with electrical testing and QA standards inspection

  • Knowledge of IEEE and UL Standards and C57

  • Experience Interpreting engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas

  • Excel and computer literate to enter data into computer for analysis and prepare graphs or charts of data
