Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:15 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM Summary The Test Technician provides technical support for electronic testing operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting PCB assemblies, supporting production goals, and maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Troubleshoot electronic circuits and PCB assemblies to the component level. Read schematics, diagrams, drawings, and test procedures. Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and function generators. Set up and maintain test stations. Communicate issues or discrepancies to management and quality teams. Train operators on testing procedures when needed. Support production schedules and improve testing efficiency. Maintain test equipment and keep work areas organized. Provide technical support to operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of electronics testing or troubleshooting experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
