Raytheon is seeking successful candidate to perform any combination of the following tasks in support of the evaluation/rework/repair of various product lines including (but not limited to) RF electronics, electronics assemblies, high-power distribution assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, cable/harness assemblies, electronics rack-mount systems/chassis, circuit card assemblies, and other similar-complexity assemblies. What You Will Do Evaluate failed electrical assemblies, products, components, and software - using test and measurement equipment to determine the root cause of failure down to the component level - with strong emphasis on evaluation hands-on experience. Electronic troubleshooting through technical experience and knowledge - NOT through the use of pre-written step-by-step procedures Strong sense of ownership and self-driven to meet or exceed deliverable expectations Work with senior Electrical Engineering, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance towards evaluating, repairing, and moving failed assemblies through established Repair & Return processes Read and fully interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics Maintain control of all Electro-static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes - ensuring full compliance to established ESD processes Support the culture of Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) Projects This will be a 1st shift, onsite role. Qualifications You Must Have HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Electrical/electronic evaluation/trouble-shooting experience Experience with use of test and evaluation measurement equipment, including (but not limited to): DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF equipment, etc. Qualifications We Prefer Electrical Test Technical School Degree 4+ Electrical Test Technician experience Radio Frequency, troubleshooting, experience DOD contract experience What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.

Onsite:

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 43,400 USD - 82,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
