7-year required U.S. Citizen or Green Card required In-person interview Position Summary We are seeking Repair Technicians to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate electronic instruments and assemblies. This role involves working with complex electromechanical systems to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and verify electronic instruments and assemblies Troubleshoot electronic circuits and perform component-level repairs Perform upgrades and adjustments to meet manufacturer specifications Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Use test and measurement equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and power supplies Perform basic circuit analysis (analog, digital, power, and high voltage) Use hand tools including soldering irons, crimpers, and heat guns Maintain accurate documentation and follow work instructions Communicate progress and escalate issues as needed Qualifications Associate degree or applicable technical degree required 1+ year of experience repairing or servicing complex electronic products Strong troubleshooting skills in electromechanical systems Proficiency in reading schematics and technical documentation Excellent soldering skills required Experience with testing and calibration methods Ability to work safely with high voltage equipment Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work in a hands-on technical environment for extended periods Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
