Test Technician

Job Overview Effex is seeking skilled Test Technicians to support a manufacturing client. In this role, you will support testing operations, maintain test equipment, and assist with product testing, troubleshooting, and repair. Candidates should be detail-oriented, technically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Shifts & Pay 1st

Shift:

$18.00/hour 2nd

Shift:

$19.00/hour Key Responsibilities Inspect and maintain engineering test equipment, tools, and server room assets Coordinate and actively participate in testing processes, including setup of new test stations Perform product testing and prioritize testing tasks as needed Assist with repair and fault analysis of failed test products Record test data manually and electronically with high accuracy Support production operations and collaborate closely with test engineers Qualifications Technical or manufacturing experience preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to troubleshoot and analyze test failures Comfortable working with test equipment and tools Team-oriented with good communication skills Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift

This is a production floor environment , to maintain a safe and professional production environment, all employees are expected to adhere to the following dress code: Pants or jeans only (no rips or tears) No gym clothes, shorts, or sweatpants Closed-toe shoes required (tennis shoes only - no steel toe boots ) No strapless or spaghetti strap shirts No jewelry allowed Hair must be tied back in a bun Benefits of Working with
