Full-Time | 2nd Shift LINK Staffing is hiring an Electrical Test Technician for a full-time 2nd shift opportunity in Katy, TX. This role pays $32.00 per hour and is a strong fit for someone with hands-on electrical testing, troubleshooting, schematic reading, and diagnostic equipment experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Job Highlights $32.00 per hour Full-time 2nd shift Katy, TX area Hands-on electrical testing and troubleshooting Work with meters, analyzers, scopes, and insulation testing equipment Technical production role with detailed test documentation What You'll Do Perform visual pre-power inspections before testing begins Run production acceptance testing, including insulation and functional tests Read schematics, drawings, written procedures, and work instructions Use DMMs, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and isolation testers Troubleshoot failed units and help identify electrical or component issues Record test results, complete reports, and maintain accurate documentation Report test failures, quality concerns, or safety issues Assist with light mechanical assembly when needed What We're Looking For 2 to 5 years of electrical industry experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience with power electronics Experience using DMMs, oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and isolation testers Basic Microsoft Office skills Able to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 40 lbs. occasionally Able to handle large gauge cables Able to follow written work instructions and safety procedures in English Technical degree in Applied Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred Why Apply $32.00 per hour 2nd shift opportunity Skilled electrical testing role Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic work Good fit for candidates with power electronics, schematic reading, and test equipment experience Apply Now If you have experience with electrical testing, schematic reading, troubleshooting, and diagnostic equipment, apply today to be considered for this Electrical Test Technician opportunity in Katy, TX.
