Test Technician

Test Technician Job Description & Duties Join a growing electronics manufacturing company in the Rio Grande Valley specializing in advanced SMT and electronic assembly solutions. We are seeking a motivated Test Technician to support our testing operations on finished circuit board assemblies in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Test finished circuit board assemblies using established test equipment and procedures Identify, segregate, and document assemblies that pass or require rework Record test results accurately and maintain clear, organized production records Follow work instructions and test protocols to ensure consistent quality outcomes Maintain a clean, organized workstation in support of a safe and efficient production environment

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High school diploma or GED required No prior experience required — comprehensive paid on-the-job training provided Prefer English or bilingual (English/Spanish) Must pass pre-employment drug test Must pass criminal background check (no federal offenses; must meet Foreign Trade Zone

Wages & Benefits Pay:
