What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting field operations on highway and bridge projects Working directly with Superintendents and Project Managers Handling RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Tracking progress, quantities, and daily production Learning how projects are actually built from the ground up

What They Are Looking For:

1-5 years of experience in heavy civil or construction Civil Engineering or Construction Management background preferred Someone motivated, reliable, and ready to learn Willingness to be in the field and travel as needed
