B&N Roadway Engineer Responsibilities :
Perform engineering design and production of roadway projects for public agencies including Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), Maricopa County, and others. ADOT project experience is preferred. Prepare construction document deliverables including plans, specifications, and estimates. Maintain quality control of the work products and successfully complete projects on time and within budget Collaborate with professional engineers within B&N's Arizona operations and across the firm Create an exemplary client experience throughout project delivery Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for developing staff Participate in strategic business planning for our Arizona operations, development of client relationship assignments, and assessment of new business opportunities Represent B&N in meetings Monitor project performance indicators, including schedules and budgets
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering programs PE registration in the State of Arizona required or the ability to obtain through reciprocity Minimum 4 years of related experience Proven project delivery with strong interpersonal communication skills Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs Ability to work remotely based on business operations and the needs of the firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency with CADD software (i.e. OpenRoads Designer) expected for work with Arizona public agencies To learn more about B&N's Perks and Culture click here . #LI-JV1 Back to Open Positions
