Electronic (Using your CalCareer Account) Job Description and Duties Under general direction of the Construction Office Chief, the Senior Transportation Electrical Engineer•Supervisor, serves as a Construction Engineer over Resident Engineers on a number of electrical construction contracts; and/or as a Resident Engineer on a complex project (or group of projects) requiring a staff to administer construction contracts including monitoring of the contractor's operations; processing of payments to contractors, change orders and construction contract claims. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the difficult engineering and administrative tasks of the District Construction Electrical Field Office.
