Job Description
Join a cutting-edge infrastructure and capital projects organization as a Resident Engineer in San Francisco, CA, where you'll play a key role in delivering impactful highway, bridge, toll, and interstate projects that keep communities moving. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing, specialized team focused on major public infrastructure, offering strong compensation, relocation assistance, and the chance to contribute on high-visibility client sites five days a week. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Resident Engineer position include: Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer in California; Caltrans P.E. preferred Minimum 8 years of experience on highway, bridge, toll, interstate, or similar public works projects Experience working on Caltrans or comparable roadway construction projects Provide inspection and quality assurance for highway and roadway construction projects Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and project teams to maintain compliance with plans and specifications Prepare and maintain project records, reports, estimates, and change orders Assist with inspections of structural construction including bridges, foundations, walls, shoring, and drainage structures Monitor contractor progress and support field problem-solving, calculations, and materials compliance testing
Salary :
$180,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.Benefits :
