Qualifications/Duties:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10 years of experience PE Proficient in OpenRoads, InRoads, MicroStation, AutoCAD Knowledge of state DOT Procedures and Policies Roadway and highway design Traffic analysis Management experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
