Licensed Transportation Engineer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Transportation Engineer position include: Must be a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of transportation engineering experience is preferred, including project management and team leadership. Experience working on MoDOT and Missouri LPA projects is strongly preferred. Strong business development skills, including client management, proposal writing, and securing new business opportunities. Lead federally funded transportation projects from conception to completion, including engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Collaborate with MoDOT, municipalities, regulatory agencies, stakeholders, and transportation groups across firm locations. Serve as the Missouri Discipline Lead while cultivating a high-performing team of transportation engineers and technical staff. Drive strategic growth, innovation, quality assurance, and project excellence in transportation engineering.

Salary :

$110,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
