Role Summary This position sits within a Building Envelope / Façade Engineering division and supports a broad range of responsibilities related to façade inspection, restoration, and enclosure consulting . The role combines technical leadership, field inspection, project management, and team oversight , with a strong emphasis on existing buildings and safety programs. Key Responsibilities Support the management and growth of façade inspection and safety‑related services. Lead and manage a team of industrial rope access inspectors and façade inspection projects. Perform periodic rope‑access inspections as part of ongoing responsibilities. Provide consulting support for existing façade systems , including: Forensic investigation and condition assessments Repair design development and detailing Preparation of bid documentation Construction phase support and administration Demonstrate strong knowledge of exterior wall and enclosure systems .
