Experience in Civil 3D or Bentley/Microsoft products is required. Must be able to read, analyze and interpret basic scientific, technical, financial and legal documents. Must be able to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis. regulatory agencies, and/or members of the business community. Must have Microsoft Office suite skills.
