Senior Traffic Engineer

We are looking for a collaborative Senior Traffic Engineer to join our Mid-Atlantic Advanced Mobility (AM) group of about 50 transportation planners, traffic/ITS engineers, and operations specialists with a wide variety of talent and experience. In this role, you'll take a leading position in traffic studies, analysis, plans, specifications, and estimate development for traffic and ITS improvements, as well as other traffic engineering tasks. You'll also have opportunities to partner with our sales team to help expand our portfolio of projects with Pennsylvania and Delaware public agency transportation clients. The final candidate could be located in Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA. Joining our team, you'll have the chance to apply your experience to work on exciting and engaging large-scale infrastructure projects and utilize your ITS and traffic expertise to create innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• Substantial experience leading the development of traffic studies, traffic design, plans, specifications, and estimates for traffic and ITS improvements for Pennsylvania, Maryland and/or Delaware public agency clients
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for site visits
• Must be resourceful, curious, and self-directed

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) Certification
