Step into your new role Kleinfelder is currently searching for an Entry-Level Transportation Engineer to join our Team in the Perrysburg, Ohio office. The position can be remote or hybrid. Responsibilities Roadway geometric design, pavement design, Right-of-Way Plan preparation and regulation knowledge under supervision of an experienced engineer. Drainage and storm water design. Preparing project cost estimates. Construction Administration. Site Visits. Good written and oral communication skills. Pavement marking and signage design. Reviewing shop drawings Responding to request for information about projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology. Minimum of 0-3 years of related experience. Experience with MicroStation ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus. Experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation a plus. EIT certification a plus. Live in Perrysburg surrounding Ohio area a plus. Construction experience a plus. Following an offer, candidates will be required to satisfactorily complete employment reference checks, verification of professional licensure and/or educational credentials, a motor vehicle report (MVR), and a comprehensive background check.
