In a senior-level traffic engineering leadership role based in Southern California, you'll collaborate with a diverse team on high‑impact infrastructure and community-focused projects throughout the region. Responsibilities:
Independent thought and decision-making abilitiesA minimum of three years management experience supervising the work of technical staff requiredPossess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skillsDemonstrate Project management abilityBe adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients/public-agency personnel and in-house staff
Qualifications:
CA Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer and Traffic Engineer, (or ability to obtain in next 6 months)Plus a minimum of eight (8-12) years relevant experience; or the equivalent work experience of twelve (12-15) years in this industry.
