Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer License (PE) 5-10 years of previous professional engineering roadway design and geometrics experience leading tasks Previous Department of Transportation (DOT), County or Municipal experience Strong Civil 3D or OpenRoads background for modeling and preparing construction plans Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams Strong written and verbal communication Ideally, you'll also have: Knowledge of the transportation market and established relationships with key clients such as TxDOT and local municipalities Passion for mentoring a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Strong business development acumen to join forces with our Growth team as we pursue and secure new project opportunities that expand our project portfolio Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a servant-leadership mindset focused on serving our teams, clients, and projects

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
