Job Description

As we continue expanding, we're looking for a driven Roadway Engineer who's excited to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects across the region.
Position Summary:
We're hiring a Roadway Engineer to support the planning, design, and delivery of transportation improvement projects. This role is well‑suited for early‑career to mid‑level engineers, whether you're a recent graduate, an EIT, a licensed PE, or working toward licensure. If you're looking for hands‑on design experience and long‑term career growth, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop roadway design elements including horizontal/vertical geometry, plan sheets, and cross‑sections Prepare design documents, quantity estimates, and supporting technical analyses Coordinate with internal teams in traffic, drainage, structures, and other disciplines Participate in field reviews and assist with construction support activities Ensure designs meet project standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline 3-7 years of roadway/transportation engineering experience PE (or actively pursuing) preferred but not required Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, or comparable design platforms Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams Why Join Us?
