Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication regarding supplied products. Ensure all actions are completed promptly, with well-structured and comprehensive data reporting. Translate customer requirements into actionable plans to enhance product quality and information accuracy. Travel to customer facilities to evaluate and monitor quality performance. Participate in customer quality and satisfaction meetings, supporting product assurance initiatives. Coordinate key customer-focused activities, including: Representing the voice of the customer within internal teams Leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts during customer quality reviews Tracking, reporting, and maintaining records of customer satisfaction metrics Managing containment and sorting activities to meet customer expectations Overseeing customer approval processes for new parts and engineering changes Actively engage in assembly builds to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement. Monitor and coordinate costs associated with quality issues.Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Proven ability to proactively reduce defects through cross-functional collaboration Strong leadership in problem-solving and driving corrective action processes Ability to interpret technical drawings, geometric specifications, and basic engineering principles Solid understanding of quality systems and functions Familiarity with quality analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., DOE, Red X, PPAP) Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality, or related field) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Similar remote jobs
