  • As a Quality Engineer, you will be the
  • frontline champion of quality
  • within a high-performance fabrication environment. Your work will ensure that every product meets rigorous aerospace standards while driving improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability. You'll play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering superior results.
  • What You'll Do
  • In this critical role, you will: + Serve as the
  • primary quality contact
  • for production operations within the work center + Process and evaluate
  • nonconformance documentation
  • , restoring product integrity and compliance + Conduct
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • and implement effective
  • Corrective Actions
  • + Review and validate
  • production planning
  • to ensure quality data is accurately captured + Develop, review, and approve
  • First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
  • in accordance with aerospace standards + Perform thorough
  • planning reviews
  • to ensure inspection and quality requirements are met + Lead regular
  • 5S audits
  • to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace + Support
  • continuous improvement initiatives
  • across operations + Provide
  • on-call support
  • when needed to address urgent quality issues and maintain production continuity
  • Required Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in
  • Engineering or related technical field
