Our primary customers are in the aerospace industry, which operate under stringent quality standards to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. In this position, the Quality Engineer is responsible for all quality functions, driving compliance, improving processes, and ensuring products meet high standards. This is a full-time, on-site position. Key Responsibilities Lead and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Drive AS9100 certification and compliance Drive
ISO 9001
certification and compliance Manage audits and quality processes Implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions Oversee inspection and calibration systems Lead quality team and cross-functional initiatives What You Bring 3 years' experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a CNC machine shop
AS9100, ISO
9001, and QMS experience Data-driven mindset with SPC experience Knowledge of and experience with FAI Experience with Designated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR) certification Experience with various inspection methods (IQC, IPQC, final inspection) Experience with various precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) Reliability, self-motivation, and effectiveness in a team environment Attention to detail and precision in work Education Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science Degree in quality, manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering
