job summary: Our Client protects and beautifies the world by delivering new aviation technologies. We seek a Senior Quality Engineer in Huntsville, AL with AS9100 expertise and strong problem-solving skills to drive aerospace quality.
Conduct complex systemic investigations and apply advanced quality tools like SPC and FMEA to drive sustainable process improvements.
Represent quality requirements during engineering change reviews to ensure risk mitigation and compliance with AS9100, FAA, and EASA standards.
Analyze quality metrics and maintain performance dashboards to identify systemic risks, supporting data-driven decision making for Our Client.
Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams to ensure sustained process capability and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
