Own processes from concept to delivery—on the floor, in audits, and across programs. Shape a growing organization at our new East Camden, AR facility. What you will own Manufacturing quality Create and maintain control plans, control cards, visual standards, and work instructions for production cells. Lead FAIs and compile complete PPAP submissions to meet customer requirements. Use CAPA to prevent recurrence, reduce escapes, and lower CoPQ. Run capability analyses and Gage R&R studies; implement SPC where value is clear. Quality/Business Management System (AS9100) Assist implementation and certification activities for the QMS/BMS. Maintain Quality Command media and supporting documentation. Develop and present metrics for core processes. Plan and conduct internal audits; support third-party assessments. Program quality Authorize Acceptance Data Packages (ADPs) for customer shipments. Represent Quality on integrated teams; flow contractual QA requirements through proposals, plans, and deliverables. Perform QA contract reviews and build labor/cost estimates. Summarize quality data and act as the customer advocate when issues emerge. Required background 7 years of experience, or a combination of related experience and STEM education. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required. Ability to read engineering drawings and material specifications. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project). Exposure to quality systems, control of nonconforming material, and regulatory environments like FDA, SQF, and GFSI.

Competence with root-cause tools:

5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto. Comfort working autonomously and taking initiative. Preferred background Active or transferable Secret clearance. IFS ERP experience. DoD/non-DoD government contracting experience; familiarity with FAR/DFARS and EVMS. International customer experience and export/import awareness. ASQ certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE, CSQP, CQA). Lean/Six Sigma track record (DMAIC, PPAP, DFMEA, DOE, SPC, GR&R, Cpk). Cost estimating exposure and risk/opportunity scorecard use. Knowledge of AS9100 and

ISO 9001.

Effective cross-functional communication, including executive and customer presentations.
