Job Description
A defense manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their team. This role is a strong fit for someone who takes pride in process integrity, thrives in a structured environment, and wants to make a real impact on how product quality is maintained from the floor up. Quality Engineer Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and inspection processes Investigate nonconformances, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues in real time Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Support internal and external audits, including preparation and follow-up Maintain and update quality documentation, procedures, and standards Partner with suppliers on quality requirements and incoming inspection criteria Quality Engineer /
