Senior Test Engineer - Systems Validation & Integration W2 Only role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Overview We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to partner with Systems Engineering teams to identify software and hardware vulnerabilities and support integration and validation activities. This role focuses on hands-on testing, data analysis, and development of robust test methodologies for complex sensor-based systems. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Systems Engineers to identify and analyze software and hardware vulnerabilities Develop and execute Test Method Validation (TMV) , Design of Experiments (DoE), and data analysis using Python Design and build test beds and validate sensor performance (digital outputs) Perform hands-on testing , troubleshooting, and root cause analysis Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and protocols Document results and author detailed technical reports Manage the defect lifecycle including tracking, documentation, and reporting to development partners Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electrical, Biomedical, Chemical, Software Engineering , or related field 8+ years of experience in testing, validation, or systems engineering Strong experience in test development, data analysis, and troubleshooting Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation Experience working in regulated environments (FDA or FAA) preferred Background in the medical device industry is highly desirable
