As part of our expansion in the
US, XNRGY
is seeking a qualified and experienced on-site Quality Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality operations for the Mesa XNRGY production site. As part of your role, you will be ensuring that products meet quality standards and industry regulations.
An overview of your responsibilities:
Overseeing the quality of raw materials, packaging and finished products. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify areas for process improvement, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness. Enforce safety regulation and promote a safe working environment. Actively participate in new product development activities including design verification plans and reports, FMEAs, developing and providing quality deliverables including but not limited to production control plans, poke-yokes and other countermeasures, measurement systems analysis, early production containment, and capability studies. Take ownership role in problem-solving efforts for both customer quality concerns and in-plant quality issues achieving permanent resolution of problems. Teach employees in team problem-solving. Analyze quality data collected from inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions. Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly, including identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders. Communicate quality concerns to team, address customer complaints, and work to prevent future quality issues Lead continuous quality improvement projects to reduce cost of poor quality and improve customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of quality inspection results, non-conformances, corrective actions, and other quality metrics Create quality documentation What you'll need, among other things!
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3+ Years of Quality Engineering Experience Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in the manufacturing environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Why choose XNRGY!
