Role Overview:
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in strengthening our quality assurance ecosystem—developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QA systems that support high‑performing products. You'll analyze data to uncover opportunities for improvement, conduct thorough testing, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure every product meets our highest quality standards. Components of the role will focus upon:
Quality Control Systems:
Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and guidelines.
Testing and Inspection:
Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to identify defects and ensure they meet technical specifications.
Problem Solving:
Identify issues in production processes and recommend solutions to improve product quality and performance.
Documentation:
Create and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, quality metrics, and compliance records.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and support, to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance, conducting audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary. To achieve success, you will be expected to showcase the following qualifications and attributes: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is typically required. Having relevant work experience in quality engineering or quality systems is essential, 3-5 years in the field. Proficiency in quality management systems, statistical analysis, and testing methodologies is crucial. With a demonstrated eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to identify defects and ensure compliance with standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
Language Requirement:
English required; Korean language skills highly desirable ❇ It would be beneficial (but not essential) if you also have: Hands-on experience with battery pack or ESS system quality control. Understanding of BMS (Battery Management Systems), PCS (Power Conversion Systems). Experience working with global customers or regulatory compliance for international markets.
