Quality Engineer Job Description Join a dynamic micro injection molding company specializing in custom design and engineering, where quality systems and regulatory compliance are at the forefront of operations. Responsibilities Conduct audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Develop and implement inspection plans and measurement strategies. Perform first article inspections and interpret engineering drawings with precision. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Essential Skills Proficiency in auditing, tooling, and metrology. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T. Experience in developing inspection plans and measurement strategies. Experience in quality engineering and manufacturing quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in tooling. 5+ years of experience in injection molding. 5+ years of experience in metrology. 5+ years of experience in inspection. Knowledge of ISO compliance. Experience working in a lab environment. Work Environment This role is based onsite with a flexible Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3 PM. You will work closely with the quality manager and technicians, engaging in client problem-solving and collaborating with a motivated engineering team. The company operates 24/5 and offers a cross-functional and customer-facing work environment with opportunities for growth and initiative-taking. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
